1. Controller

The data controller is Administrator serwisu EuAlternatywy, contact: kontakt@eualternatywy.pl. EuAlternatywy (https://eualternatywy.pl) is hosted on servers in the European Union (OVHcloud, France/Poland).

2. What data we process

• Server logs - IP address, requested page, time, browser. Kept briefly for security and diagnostics (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR - legitimate interest).
• Correspondence - if you email us (tool submission, correction, partnership), we process the data in your message to reply (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

We do not create user accounts, do not profile visitors and do not sell data.

3. Cookies

The site does not use tracking cookies. The only data stored in your browser are interface preferences (theme, language), if you use them.

4. Affiliate links

Some links to the tools we describe are affiliate links. After a click, the affiliate program operator may set a cookie in your browser attributing a possible purchase to our site; we do not receive your personal data, only commission information. Clicking such a link does not change the price of the service. These links carry the rel="sponsored" attribute and an affiliate disclosure is in the footer of every page.

5. Recipients

Hosting provider (OVHcloud) - only to the extent necessary to run the site. We do not transfer data outside the EEA, except where an ad provider does so under standard contractual clauses.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to object, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Poland: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, UODO). Send requests to kontakt@eualternatywy.pl.

7. Changes

We update this policy when the tools we use change. The date of the last change is shown at the top of the page.
